Please don’t hesitate to ask questions about your destination. Due to our experience over the years we are surely able to give you valuable tips. You will receive a prompt response from us including our complete excursion program. We recommend to print the program and to bring it with you on vacation in order to facilitate a decision once we contact you at your hotel. Extra Tours will first send you a welcome letter the day after arrival and then try to call you after 5 pm at your room to answer all your questions regarding the excursions personally.

Sometimes it happens that the hotel receptions don’t forward the welcome letters to the guests. In this case please ask the reception, if a fax for you has arrived. Should we not be able to contact you until the second day of your vacation, please call our office in Sosua.

We send you a confirmation and a ticket by fax upon your reservation. You pay the tour guide during the excursion. You may pay our tours with Euros, US$, travelers checks or Dominican pesos.

For organizational reasons we cannot accept credit cards.
